The Ministry of Skills Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) is responsible for coordinating general skills development efforts across the country, setting up the framework for vocational and technical training, qualifying, creating new skills and thinking innovatively not only for existing jobs, but also for the jobs to be created. An agreement has been signed between the NSDC and Omnia (the international trade arm of four Finnish organisations with exceptional expertise in the fields of education, training and development cooperation) which organises workshops on capacity building, the development of entrepreneurship modules, joint certification courses for labour mobility, etc. At the end of the meeting, the main contact information of the training partner for the project will be gathered, including senior management, the Monitoring-MIS Department SPOC and the Ministry of Finance for communication.
